Here's How It Works
1. Schedule an Online or In-person Meeting
Choose a time to meet from one of the available dates and times from our booking calendar.
2. Provide Photos of Your Item(s) Prior to Meeting
After you schedule your meeting, you'll be asked to provide an inventory list and photos of your item(s) prior to the meeting event.
3. Meet Online or In-person for Your Appraisal
We'll ask specific questions to get an accurate idea of your item's true value. At the end of the meeting, we will send you an appraisal. You may have the opportunity to sell your items to CV Coins. We also offer the option to get an authorized certificate of your items value by a third-party certified appraisal organization.
Our online tool makes it easy for you to get your valuables accurately appraised: The appraisal fee of $4.99 is for our time and expertise. You will receive a video or audio recording of your appraisal session which you can refer to later or share with your insurance company. In addition we will reimburse your appraisal fee if you decide to sell your coins, memorabilia, or bullion to CV Coins & Collectables, making our appraisals, no risk.
Purchasing Your Item(s)
If during the Online Appraisal meeting it is agreed that you would like to sell your items, CV Coins & Collectables will pay to have the item shipped to our headquarters through USPS. Once it arrives, we film the opening of your shipment to ensure all items are there and verify them. After verification, payment for your items will be sent through Zelle.
Get a Third Party Certificate
You may decide to hold on to your items and want certified documentation of their value. The Third Party Certification cost is $30-$300 depending on the value of each item. In order to provide a Third Party Certificate, you will need to ship your items to us. All shipping for Third Party Authentication will be done through USPS. CV Coins & Collectables will send you a shipping label and pay for the shipping.
Shipping: CV Coins & Collectables will send a label and pay for the shipping of the item. CV Coins & Collectables will pay to have the item shipped if the customer is wanting to sell the item and CV Coins & Collectables is wanting to buy the item.
- Upon receiving and verification CV Coins & Collectables will send a wire transfer or a check. CV Coins & Collectables will be collecting payment through Stripe and paying for items a buyer is selling through Zelle.
- We have video - CV Coins & Collectables will have the opening of the package recorded to have verification & complete transparency.

Market Loss Policy
Purchases
When you buy from CV Coins and once we have issued a sales order confirmation number, a binding contract has been formed, the transaction price is locked-in and any corresponding market risk is transferred to you. If you default in Your performance of the contract by failing to make payment, shipment, or any other act required by you, we may cancel your sales order. If your sales order is cancelled, you will have the full responsibility and liability to CV Coins for any Market Loss, plus a fifty dollar ($50.00 USD) cancellation fee. You will also be liable for all fees and costs associated with CV Coins efforts to collect from you. Any Market Gain on sales order cancellations shall vest in CV Coins interest and remain the property of CV Coins. We reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time at our sole discretion. All future sales orders will be held for shipment until any and all outstanding Market Loss and related cancellation fee balances are paid in full. No future orders may be permitted until any Market Loss is paid in full.
Sellers
When you sell to CV Coins and we issue you a purchase order confirmation number, a binding contract has been formed and the transaction price is locked-in. At that time any corresponding market risk is transferred to you. If You default in your performance of the contract by failing to make shipment, meet quality standards or fulfill quantity of the order, or any other act required by you, we may cancel your purchase order. If your purchase order is cancelled, you have the full responsibility and liability to CV Coins for any Market Loss, plus a fifty dollar ($50.00 USD) cancellation fee. You will also be liable for all fees and costs associated with CV Coins's efforts to collect from you. Any Market Gain on purchase order cancellations shall vest in CV Coin's interest and remain the property of CV Coins. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase order at any time at our sole discretion. No future orders may be permitted until any Market Loss is paid in full.
