Historical Significance
The Wisconsin quarter was the fifth State Quarter released in 2004 and the 30th overall in the series. It marks Wisconsin’s admission to the Union on May 29, 1848, and uses familiar agricultural symbols to reflect the state’s dairy and farming identity.
