The 2025-W Laser Engraved American Eagle is a landmark issue in the Silver Eagle series, being the first Proof Silver Eagle to carry a laser-engraved privy / “laser beam” mark. Struck at the West Point Mint (denoted by the “W” mint mark), it is limited to a mintage of 100,000 coins.
Each coin is issued in proof finish, housed in a satin-lined black velvet case, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Obverse: Features Adolph A. Weinman’s Walking Liberty design (Liberty walking forward draped with the flag) with inscriptions “LIBERTY”, “IN GOD WE TRUST”, and “2025”. The laser-engraved privy is placed to the right of Liberty.

Reverse: Displays the modern eagle in flight holding an oak branch, part of the updated Type 2 reverse introduced in 2021. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, “E PLURIBUS UNUM”, “1 OZ. FINE SILVER”, and “ONE DOLLAR”.
