Historical Significance
The New Hampshire quarter was the ninth design released in the 50 State Quarters Program. Its reverse celebrates one of the state’s best-known symbols and ties the design directly to New Hampshire’s identity, independence, and statehood.
Collectibility
The 2000-S silver proof is a strong addition to State Quarter sets, modern U.S. silver proof collections, and New Hampshire-themed holdings. Its 90% silver composition, proof finish, and sub-1 million mintage give it added appeal over ordinary circulating examples.
