Collectibility
The 2009-S Puerto Rico Silver Proof Quarter was available only as part of the 2009 U.S. Mint District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Silver Proof Set and was never released into circulation. With a limited mintage of 993,589, it has the lowest silver proof mintage of the six 2009 Territorial Quarters, making it a desirable addition to complete State and Territorial Quarter collections.
