The reverse depicts the historic Hot Springs National Park Administration Building with a steaming thermal fountain in the foreground. The 2010-S Hot Springs National Park Silver Proof Quarter was issued only in the 2010 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set and the 2010 U.S. Mint Silver Proof Set. With a mintage of 859,417, it is one of the lower-mintage silver proof quarters in the series and marks the beginning of the popular America the Beautiful Quarters Program.
