Obverse:
Designed by Cassie McFarland, the concave obverse depicts a baseball glove and includes the inscriptions “LIBERTY,” “IN GOD WE TRUST,” and “2014.” The glove design was selected through a nationwide competition.
Reverse:
Designed and sculpted by Don Everhart, the convex reverse resembles the surface of a baseball, complete with detailed stitching. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” and “ONE DOLLAR.”
