Reverse:
Designed by Benjamin Sowards and sculpted by Renata Gordon, the reverse presents a view from beneath a baldacchino within a Victory Pavilion at the National World War II Memorial. Four eagles hold a laurel wreath surrounding a globe centered on the Pacific Ocean.
