Emperor History:
Gordian III became Roman emperor in AD 238 at approximately 13 years old, making him one of Rome’s youngest emperors. His reign brought relative stability following the turbulent Year of the Six Emperors. He later campaigned against the Sasanian Empire in the East before dying in AD 244 under uncertain circumstances.
