Obverse: Depicts the Navy destroyer John Paul Jones on the left, the historic U.S.S. Constitution on the right, and an F-18 Hornet formation overhead. The inscriptions include “UNITED STATES NAVY” and “DON’T GIVE UP THE SHIP,” a phrase attributed to Commander James Lawrence during the War of 1812.
