1921-Mo Mexico Diez Centavos NGC MS 62 BN

$359.99

The Diez Centavos bronze series (1919–1935) was introduced as part of Mexico’s effort to modernize its circulating coinage following years of political upheaval during the Mexican Revolution. The 1921 issue is especially notable, struck just one year after the centennial of Mexican independence, during a period of national reconstruction and renewed identity. The powerful eagle-and-serpent motif reinforces Mexico’s sovereignty and deep cultural roots.

CVC & Collectables presents a well-preserved example of early 20th-century Mexican bronze coinage: a 1921-Mo Diez Centavos, struck at the Mexico City Mint and certified NGC MS62 Brown. Issued during the post-Revolutionary era, this large-format bronze coin showcases Mexico’s national symbolism in bold, high-relief detail and represents an increasingly scarce Mint State survivor of the type.

Collectibility:

With a modest mintage of just over 2.25 million, the 1921-Mo Diez Centavos is far scarcer than later dates in the series. Examples surviving in Mint State are increasingly difficult to locate, particularly with stable, original brown coloration. This NGC MS62 BN specimen offers strong remaining luster, solid strike quality, and minimal handling marks for the grade, making it an attractive choice for collectors of Mexican bronze, revolutionary-era coinage, or high-quality type sets.
